What brand of clothing or what stores can i find clothes like Emily Osment...? - emily osment

I like clothes, Lilly Truscott (Emily Osment), Hannah Montana is. Given the nature of the skaters with leg warmers and cute shirts in layers. Does anybody know where I can find stuff like this? I live in New York where you need to know what kind of shops around my home.

    If your in New York, you have a good selection of shops.
    PacSun has a lot of colorful clothes, and many models too cold. They also have cool hats.

    Pac Sun (Pacific sunglasses), the things skaters.

    ZUMIEZ has some, if you have in your area, but does not know whether they sell clothing to girls /
